Francis of Assisi lived in a time of great upheaval and suffering. Yet, he found a way through the malaise of his time. Francis discovered how to live from the very consciousness of Christ, becoming a brilliant light in a very dark world. What was possible for Franics is possible for all of us. Please join us for a special weekend of contemplative prayer and meditation. Together, we will follow Francis into the depths of God’s ineffable love, and like him, we will be empowered to radiate light into a world that is in desperate need of it.

Isha Das
At The Assisi Institute in Rochester, NY, Craig Bullock has long guided students on their journey of spiritual transformation through the integration of mystical Christianity and Kriya Yoga practices. His Christian framework is Franciscan, largely informed by Richard Rohr and his graduate studies at Notre Dame. As an authorized and esteemed Kriya Yoga teacher, has has been given the spiritual name “Isha Das” (“servant of Christ”) by Swami Nirvanananda, reflecting his dedication to revealing the universal truths that connect the teachings of Jesus Christ and Yogananda. A gifted speaker, Isha Das speaks from the heart of understanding in ways that connect with others. His intimacy with the spirituality of the saint is reflected in his 2026 book, Merchant to Mystic: The Hero’s Journey of Francis of Assisi.
